Over the next five years 30 more stations will be made step-free under this initiative. Stations with step-free access will have elevators or ramps – or both – so customers won’t have to use the escalators to get to the platforms. The timeline for these access upgrades is listed below.
- 2016/17: Victoria (Victoria line)
- 2017/18: Bank (Waterloo & City line); Bond Street, Bromley-by-Bow, Victoria (Circle and District lines)
- 2018/19: Finsbury Park, Moorgate, Paddington (Bakerloo line), Whitechapel
- 2019/20: Ealing Broadway
- 2020/21: Colindale2
- 021/22: Bank (Northern line); Elephant & Castle (Northern line), Camden Town, Holborn
