The New York City Taxi and Limousine Commission (TLC) operates a dispatch service that allows passengers to order wheelchair-accessible taxis around the clock, 365 days of the year. This service provides on-demand dispatch of New York City wheelchair-accessible taxi cabs to all  five New York City boroughs. Accessible taxis can also be dispatched to Westchester County, Nassau County and the three regional airports.
